DISCOVER: The Programming Phase
Sharon considers the planning process critical to the success of the project.
This phase involves establishing the project goals, gathering data, investigating process, and establishing the project requirements. These goals become the benchmark for project success. A program is established quantifying the project requirements, space types, and square footage required.
DEVELOP: The Schematic Design Phase
Space plans are developed based on the approved program. These plans articulate furniture locations, and area functional relationships. Preliminary design and color concepts are explored.
DESIGN: The Design Development Phase
The interior design concept is fully developed, using plans, elevations and other materials to fully communicate the design intent. Design intent includes architectural details, lighting, electrical, millwork, furnishings, and finishes. Based on client input, drawings shall be revised for final approval.
DOCUMENT: The Contract Documents Phase
With the approved design, we prepare the detailed specifications required. We review in detail the Architect’s and other trades’ interior drawings and details.

DELIVER: The Procurement and Installation Phase
We obtain bids and negotiated pricing from qualified vendors and contractors, purchase, and supervise the installation of furnishings.
